Ethan Wise offers video sessions for clients while working under supervision toward his LPCC licensure. As a counselor, his primary goal is to help clients gain insights, overcome obstacles, and develop new skills to reconnect, reintegrate, create inner peace, build resilience, improve quality of life, and achieve their goals.
Together with his clients, Ethan explores subconscious programming, trauma, and mind-body interactions. He incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), while also teaching and utilizing techniques such as somatic awareness, hypnosis, mind-body awareness, and mindfulness-based practices. He integrates imagery, breathwork, body and thought awareness, dream analysis, gratitude, meditation, intention, prayer, and faith where appropriate.
Ethan holds an M.A. in Psychology & Counseling from St. Mary’s University in MN. He understands, honors, and works with clients from various philosophical, spiritual, and faith traditions.
Additionally, Ethan works with individuals that have experienced medical trauma, near death experiences (NDEs), grieving, and those preparing for death. Ethan believes that discomfort and pain are signals from the subconscious mind, body, or soul, offering opportunities for meaningful change.
