  • While our practitioners do not provide direct transportation or housing, we’re here to help you explore resources that can support your housing and transportation needs. This may include:

    • Housing Support and Housing Stabilization Services

    • Navigating public transportation

    • Using medical transportation services (med-cab)

    • Planning and coordinating rides with family or friends

    We’ll work with you to identify the right options and build confidence in using them independently.

  • Supporting individuals in accessing and integrating into community resources to build connection, confidence, and independence.

  • We help individuals prepare for difficult moments by building awareness and practical tools, including:

    • Identifying local crisis resources

    • Developing a personalized relapse prevention plan

    • Creating and practicing a crisis prevention plan

    Our goal is to increase safety, stability, and confidence during challenging times.

Who Is Eligible for ARMHS?

To qualify for Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) individuals must: be 18 years or older, have a mental health diagnosis, and be receiving Medicaid through the State of Minnesota.

 We currently serve residents in the following counties:

Anoka, Chisago, Dakota, Ramsey, Hennepin, and Washington.
