What is armhs?

ARMHS come to you, wherever you are! Our Mental Health Practitioner’s provide creative ways to offer skills and will establish a trusting and collaborative relationship with you while meeting you where you’re at in your mental health journey!

ARMHS is a service that will enable you to accept yourself as you are in the moment, while also learning skills that are needed to get what you want for your quality of life and emerge from your mental suffering.

who can receive ARMHS?

Anyone receiving Medicaid through the State of Minnesota.

Must be 18 years or older.

Must have a mental health diagnosis.

Anyone who wants to feel more confident and self-assured and is willing to work hard at managing their symptoms is invited to contact us to start receiving ARMHS!

Anoka, Chisago, Dakota, Ramsey, Hennepin and Washington
