Megan collaborates with clients to help them better understand their strengths, feel empowered, and set goals to improve their lives.

Megan's approach is person-centered and trauma informed. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and positive psychology, tailored to fit each client's unique needs.

With experience working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, Megan takes an authentic approach to understanding each individual's life experience. She has a reputation of acceptance, patience, tolerating uncertainty and ambiguity and building up people's skills to increase resiliency.
