Shante has experience working with adults aged 18-65 from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Her areas of expertise include addressing issues such as family conflict, low self-esteem, mood swings, negative thoughts, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, life adjustment challenges, and trauma.

To enhance the therapeutic process, Shante utilizes a variety of techniques. She has experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and harm reduction strategies. Her overall therapeutic approach is grounded in positive psychology, focusing on identifying strengths and empowering client.
