Jenny offers video sessions for individual outpatient therapy while working under supervision toward her LICSW licensure. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from St. Catherine University in 2021 and has experience working primarily with adults in various settings over the last twelve years including adult in-patient, intensive outpatient, mental health research, case management, substance use outpatient recovery, and clinical.
Jenny has worked with clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, financial insecurity, SUD/co-occurring disorders, psychosis, self-worth and self-esteem struggles, and adjustment difficulties. She is dedicated to providing a non-judgmental, validating, and safe space for her clients. Believing in collaborative care, Jenny strives to meet clients where they are in their journey toward healing and growth.
She utilizes various therapeutic approaches and values learning alongside her clients as they explore different topics and issues. Jenny enjoys providing psychoeducation to help clients make informed choices, better understand their diagnoses and symptoms, and learn skills to manage those symptoms effectively.
