ERIKKA BORCK, MA

Psychotherapist

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe environment where clients feel free to explore and learn. I believe in empowering individuals through understanding their own story, and identifying areas that are problematic. We can work together to find ways of coping and healing while also discovering your gifts and enhancing your intrinsic self-worth.

I am a recent graduate of Adler Graduate School with a specialty in co-occurring disorders. I can provide counseling in the areas of both addiction and mental health including anxiety, anger, depression, and trauma. I utilize different therapeutic techniques to fit your needs. Most importantly, you know yourself the best, and I will work with you to find the best path forward.

I am a mother of two, avid reader, spontaneous singer, and enjoy spending time outdoors. I spend most of my time playing with my kids, helping them to discover their own unique selves. We like to bike, explore parks and playgrounds, read, and visit family as much as possible.
