SHANTE STONE-HILL, LPCC

Psychotherapist

I believe that in life we all become stuck and need assistance with moving forward. My approach to therapy is person-centered collaborative, fun, and compassionate as we embark on the journey to self-discovery and fulfillment together.

I have experience working with adults age 18-65 with a wide range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I have expertise working with family conflict, low self-esteem, mood swings, negative thoughts, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, life adjustment challenges, and trauma.

I use a variety of techniques to enhance the therapeutic process. I am currently in the process of becoming EMDR certified, and have experience with cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction.
