My goal as a therapist is to create a warm and accepting environment where clients can explore their concerns and feel understood. I believe that creating a safe place for clients to be vulnerable and trust, leads to a more successful therapeutic experience. We can work together to help you better understand your strengths, feel empowered, and develop goals to live a better life.
I completed my Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychology and provide Psychotherapy. I take a person-centered approach to therapy and use a variety of techniques including CBT, ACT, EMDR and positive psychology to fit each client’s individual needs. I have experience working with clients from a variety of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and take an authentic approach to learning about each client's life experience.
