Kathy Penn, LPCC, PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Gaining the insight and support of another who accepts us as we are and stands with us in hope for who we can yet be, may be just what we need to make sense of our life challenges – someone to come alongside to support discovery of our inner strengths and resources in order to recover well-being and reestablish a satisfying life. This is my aim for therapy.
Shante Hill-Stone, LPCC, PSYCHOTHERAPIST

My goal as a therapist is to create a warm and accepting environment where clients can explore their concerns and feel understood. I believe that creating a safe place for clients to be vulnerable and trust leads to a more successful therapeutic experience. We can work together to help you better understand your strengths, feel empowered, and develop goals to live a better life.
Erikka Borck, MA, PSYCHOTHERAPIST
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe environment where clients feel free to explore and learn. I believe in empowering individuals through understanding their own story, and identifying areas that are problematic. We can work together to find ways of coping and healing while also discovering your gifts and enhancing your intrinsic self-worth.
jen ario, LPCC, PSYCHOTHERAPIST
I use a person-centered approach with my clients. I meet my clients where they are. I find the best way to help a client is by seeing what is important to them, and then building on their strengths. I work with my clients to find their needs and help them work through those needs. I help clients become the best version of themselves.
Mary Schmitz, LICSW, PSYCHOTHERAPIST
My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own battle back from a severe bout with depression, a divorce and a radical conversion to Christianity that changed the focus of my life. While raising my 3 children I earned my BSW from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. I have extensive experience working in long-term care settings, including 13 years working in a facility with clients who suffer from persistent mental illness, predominately clients who suffer from psychotic disorders.
Mike Morris, MS, LPCC, PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Mai-Linh Pham, MSW, LGSW psychotherapist
As a therapist, my objective is to provide a safe and comfortable environment in which clients can discuss their issues of concern. I work with my clients using collaborative care along with several approaches: strengths-based, person-centered, solutions-based/problem-solving, and the empowerment model. As part of my therapeutic approach. I work in an engaging, well-mannered, non-judgmental, sense-of-humor, positive, and upbeat style. We will strive to find a meaningful purpose in life.
Ethan Wise, MA, Psychotherapist
As a counselor, my primary task is to help clients gain insights, let go of obstacles, and learn new skills in order to re-connect, re-integrate, create inner peace, improve resiliency, improve quality of life, and reach desired goals. Together, we explore subconscious programming, trauma, and mind-body interactions. I have an M.A. in Psychology & Counseling from St. Mary’s University in MN. I understand, honor, and work with clients from all spiritual, philosophical, and faith traditions. I believe that discomfort and pain are signs (from the subconscious mind, body, or soul) that present us with an opportunity for making a change. I am working towards the LPCC license.
