I am a Clinical Trainee earning my Master's in Social Work from St. Catherine's University in St. Paul! I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and have worked in a variety of positions in the mental health field for the past 7 years. Some of my experience includes working in outpatient, hospital, and school settings. As a therapist, I strive to create a place where my clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I use approaches that are client-centered, trauma-informed, and skills based to enhance overall life while sprinkling in bits of humor. I prioritize a collaborative approach to therapy and utilize my client's strengths to achieve their recovery vision.
