Psychotherapist

I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master of Science in Professional Counseling. I use a person-centered approach with my clients. I meet my clients where they are. I find the best way to help a client is by seeing what is important to them, and then building on their strengths. I work with my clients to find their needs and help them work through those needs. I help clients become the best version of themselves. There is no one size fits all for my clients.

I use elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindful self-compassion and solution-focused therapy. I have worked with clients who have Co-occurring disorders, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, Borderline Personality, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Agoraphobia, Schizophrenia, and Substance abuse disorder. I feel it is essential to build skills for dealing with the struggles that come into our lives. My therapy focuses on helping my clients learn skills to use to help them with these struggles.
