Psychotherapist

As a therapist, my objective is to provide a safe and comfortable environment in which clients can discuss their issues of concern. I work with my clients using collaborative care along with several approaches: strengths-based, person-centered, solutions-based/problem-solving, and the empowerment model. As part of my therapeutic approach. I work in an engaging, well-mannered, non-judgmental, sense-of-humor, positive, and upbeat style.  We will strive to find a meaningful purpose in life.

My professional background is in social work, having earned a master's degree from St. Mary's University of Minnesota.  In addition, I have experience with case management, ARMHS at ACS, as well as a variety of populations.
